i admit i'm very health conscious.. what to be ashamed of???? but i'm not that type who counts her calories intakes per meal each day, everyday!

i don't COUNT my calory intake.. i eat what i assumed it to be healthy..
i crave on desserts and spicy food... so why people keep insisting i'm a health freak... and only eats apples... i can't nourish my body with just apples okayy?? that's not even a healthy eating habit...
anorexic counts her calories... and i'm not in that circle.. not even near/ close to that

i thought going to ram's place would be fun since i begged so hard to get out...

human trafficking
i recommend you guys to watch this movie "human trafficking" on hallmark channel.. if you don't have astro it's okay...i guess you can find ways to get that movie online...
i hope when you watch it you'd spread bout this movie..
to me, this movie is fantastic and real...
i cant find any reason to hate this movie or to criticise it. how the casts potray these characters didn't bothers me at all... what really bothers me is the truth..
we live in a world of denial and ignorance.. yes you can deny this fact ...let me ask you this.. what is human trafficking???
if i tell you there's over 800000 people, boys and girls of all ages being smuggled across international borders every year..do you believe???
people say seeing is believing. i tell you what i saw..
few years back, i saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears, i witness a young innocent foreign lady being captured by police.
from her appearance and dressing, i knew fr the start she's a sex slave.. sex slave may have sound rude and improper..but why ppl say no to this word "sex slave" but not to "fuck"???
she was caught by my sister hiding under the drain just less than a metre from my house!
i swear this is true. she even asked my sis not to say anything. but it's just too late.. by the time we found her, her "owner" was here. her ran to my neighbour two doors away to hide because at that time the house was unoccupied and construction was on. so she tried seeking help from those foreign labours.. but they couldn't help her too..
i watched her being brought away by her "owner" and few police escorts.
at that time my sis immediately called out my mom. and we told her what had happened.. i really wanna help her. though i'm still young but i know what they would force her to do..
that man i still saw him around my neighbourhood especially in kopitiams.. till the day i die i shall never forget his disgusting face... you must be thinking why i hate this person so much although he did nothing to me.. but whenever i start thinking bout his dirty occupation i'll start cursing him silently..
i asked my sis before whether she still remembers him..she cant but i can...
i never told anyone this story before but i can't stay quiet anymore.
why do humans torture each other??
why humans betray each other for money??
this syndicate cost millions millions of dollars ...but is it worth the price???
is it worth to forget humanity and human sense for money??
is it worth to torture and treat someone that way to please your sexual needs???
is it worth to lose respect and dignity for a piece of rectangular printed paper??
no matter it's a boy or a girl, rich or poor, young or old, pretty or ugly, cute or hunky, they deserve to be respected..... we are all human no matter what skin colour we wear...
respect that!
sex slavery will keep on going for decades as long as there's "buyer" there's "product". as long as there's ignorance human rights will be abused.....
think bout it..
if one day, people violated your rights what would you do???
just because some of these children are poor and uneducated, doesn't mean their rights can be taken awayfrom them...
you don't need to be an economist or a genius to figure this out right???
let those poor children live a normal life. think them as your children, your sons or daughters or sisters and brothers...
now, watch it and spread it..
