despite being the youngest in my family, i never get the privilege to be a princess in my home. instead, I keep getting bossed around by everyone. however, i have noticed(months ago) that ever since i left home to further my studies i finally have a say at home! so peculiar but that, i can definitely get used to. HAHA Rolling on the floor laughing

for instance,

(conversation with mum this morning)

me: (just woke up and walked towards the kitchen) Are you making fruit juices?

mum: no.

me: whyyyyyy????????????????? *buat muka sedih with sleepy puppy eyes*

next thing I know, mum took out the juice blender and started chopping fruits! Open-mouthed smile

I AM OKAY.

I AM GOING HOME.

PROBABLY DEFINITELY WOULD MENTION THIS TO MY PARENTS. AND CURSE MY LUNGS OUT.

MIKE AND SOMMIE WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE ME HAPPY AGAIN SO WHAT THE HELL I AM GOING TO BE MAD FOR NOW, AS I AM WRITING THIS.
YES, I AM STILL MAD ABOUT THIS MATTER!

Esther came to my rescue yesterday. thank goodness for her!

when I was walking along the corridor I could hear those IDIOTS chatting like idiots(of course) in their room and the lights in their room were still brightly lit and they were playing crappy(not hard to guess) music loudly.

so it must have been them, those IDIOTS i mentioned about (who ran frantically when I asked for help).

I was so freaking mad yesterday I wanted to knock on their door to scold, curse and whatever I do when I am freaking pissed off. but I managed to control my temper. and went to bed instead.

I AM STILL MAD.

I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO BE ANGRY

Actor: YOU! are going to play the role of an enchanter- has the ability to charm and manipulate others

Scenario 1
a woman driving an expensive car(imagine the most expensive car you've ever seen cos I don't know about cars) in the middle of the night. she wears gold jewelries and has that rich "tai tai" look.

Scenario 2
girls' dormitory. located in a gated compound. with security guards. and girls with the ability to yell and shout. most of them own a laptop and probably a HTC or a Blackberry or an iPhone or an iPad (these are the most expensive gadgets I could ever think of that are within the means of a university student.)

which scenario would you choose if you want to earn a BIG LUMP OF CASH????????!!!!!!!!!!!!

would you be stupid enough to charm a student or stalk that rich "tai tai" and charm her instead????

IF YOU CHOSE SCENARIO 2, would you go back over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again to execute the same stupid plan of yours????????????????

IF YES, then you are probably one of the most stupid enchanter/thief in the whole world.

IF NO, then congratulations. you are gonna be a filthy rich bugger.

I do not feel sorry(not even the slightest bit) for cursing this much because (yesterday night 1++am)I just got locked out by some stupid, brainless, idiotic girls who refused to let me in because they thought I was an enchanter! Blardy IDIOTS!!!

I heard them talking to each other in the toilet(the door was just right opposite the common bathroom) and I actually saw them through the keyhole! I knocked on that freaking damn door and pleaded them to open that freaking damn door for me!

BUT GUESS WHAT?????

THEY RAN AWAY FRANTICALLY AND LEFT ME WAITING AT THE STAIRWAY OF MY DORMITORY AT ONE IN THE MORNING BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I WAS "THE" INFAMOUS ENCHANTER!!!!!

I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO BE MAD. AND CURSE(IN MY HEAD) THIS MUCH.

you see, some idiots(IN USM) went around spreading rumors(on FB) about some girls who got charmed and had their precious gadgets stolen from them. and what "the" infamous enchanter would do is go knocking at a person's door and charm her so she can hand "the" infamous enchanter her precious(in gollum's voice) gadgets.

as the consequence of this BLARDY RUMOR! the girls at my dorm took matters into their own hands and started locking the main door every night without notifying other people.

SO CAN I BE ANGRY AND USE WORDS LIKE IDIOTS AND STUPID AND BUGGER??????

i hate the fact that i am sick during this exam period. i hate myself for being sick. all i want to do is sleep(rest). i lost the will to study. i don't want to sit for any exams. my head is throbbing like shit. my throat hurts like shit. i can't stop snorting. the best part is it's getting worse. i now have cough. and fever. bravo! my mood is bad. really really bad. i can't stop cursing(in my head) when people irritate me. i hate crowds. i don't know why they have to block the walkway to discuss exam questions right after they leave the exam hall. freaking annoying. for gods' sake people move your huge big ass body. is it a must to spend 1000minutes to search for your seat number? is it a must to check and re-check and re-re-check? are you really that blind? and must you make noise when the invigilators start collecting the exam papers. freaking annoying! i feel like i'm in a zoo, not a freaking exam hall.

p.s every single word you read in this post are solely those of zoe. yes, i guess she's mad. that's because she ain't feeling well to think rationally. anyhow, she is gonna be OKAY.

you don’t know me

You give your hand to me
Then you say hello
I can hardly speak
My heart is beating so
And anyone can tell
You think you know me well
But you don't know me

No, you don't know the one
Who dreams of you at night
And longs to kiss your lips
And longs to hold you tight
Oh I'm just a friend
That's all I've ever been
'Cause you don't know me

I never knew
The art of making love
Though my heart aches
With love for you
Afraid and shy
I've let my chance to go by
The chance that you might love me, too

You give your hand to me
And then you say good-bye
I watch you walk away
Beside the lucky gal
You'll never never know
The one who loves you so
Well, you don't know me

you don’t know me, MB

of cell phones, etiquette and manners.

martin_cooper
do you know him?
can you recognise the device he’s holding in this picture?
He made that.
Yes, indeed.
He’s Martin Cooper. The guy who invented the 1st cell phone(Motorola) and he was the one who made the 1st cell phone call. The world’s first!
The truth is I did not have the slightest idea of who this guy was until I read this commentary published on CNN.com.
I found this commentary pretty darn interesting.
Here’s a couple of excerpts from the article.
"You should not be a slave to your telephone," he said. "The technology is there to serve you, not the other way around. If the technology is not making your life better -- if it is robbing you of experiences in the real world that you would otherwise be enjoying -- then you are working for it, when it should be working for you."

"Whatever happened to courtesy?" Cooper said. "What can be so urgent that you have to look down at your phone in the middle of a dinner conversation with people who matter to you? You can't wait five minutes before staring at your phone?

What truly upsets him is the sight of people looking at their cell phones as they are driving. "Anyone who dials a phone while driving is flirting with death," he said. "And anyone who texts while driving is insane."

"When you are doing one thing -- talking on your phone, texting, whatever -- you are automatically not doing something else. What is the greatest scarcity in the world today? It's not oil. It's time. Time is precious. Don't throw it away."

interesting? yes? no?

side view

i just bought 20bucks worth of food. hopefully it can last me for the next 2weeks and 3 days. hahaSmile with tongue out
precisely 2 weeks and 3 days from now, I’ll be home-  if everything goes well for me i.e I’ll get a place to stay in my current hostel & I’m being excluded for the viva hearing & I’ll get into the final cut for my FYP project ::fingers crossed:: I don't know smile
sigh. so many things to worry about.
DSC00866
front view
despite the fact that i hate processed food, i have no choice but to feed myself with those “food”. health- freak much? I’ve never considered these items as food, especially when I’m home. that is why I’d never consider buying it when I do my grocery shopping- when I’m back home, of course. having said that, it appears that I have contradicted myself twice already. haha.

So, I shall begin rotting here, alone in my 12ftx12ft room (Esther’s going home too T_T) for the next 2 weeks ++. my life sucks. period.

Good day peeps! Au revoir! Open-mouthed smile

p.s accompanying my friend to meet a tarot reader. i don’t know if i should do it. haha. see, contradicting statement no. 3! sigh.

Falling slowly, with you

I don’t know you, but I want you,
all the more for that,
words fall through and always fool me
and I can’t react
games that never amount to more than they’re meant will play themselves out
Take this sinking boat and point it home
We’ve still got time
Raise your hopeful voice, you had the choice
you’ve made it known……
glen hansard & marketa irglova
When I first heard this song I fell completely in love with it. That was back in 2009 and it was sung by Kris Allen(In love my favourite Idol ever!)

In any way whatsoever

the original version of this song can never be beaten. I still love Kris’s rendition of the song, though.

Glen Hansard(a band member of The Flames from Ireland), composer/singer wrote this song for the

musical film, Once.

Unfortunately I can’t post the video of the glen and marketa performing this duet =(
Go search it in Youtube! they have it there! I bet you’ll love it as much as I do  not as much as I do nevertheless you’ll love it! >_<

I wish...

I do not have to return to Penang by mid- July for my final year project.

my classmates(some of 'em) would finally open their eyes and notice that there is a big world out there.

they(classmates) would start to realise that there is more to life than chemistry and the laboratory in the school of chemical sciences, USM.

the dream I had would never come true.

the other dream I had would come true.

I can continue to be ignorant about certain things in my life.

Susan will get better soon.

I could take a long, relaxing forest walk and then at the end of the trail, a large, secluded beach awaits me. There I stand watching the sun sinking below the horizon.

Although I'd always delete every single forwarded emails I receive, but Uncle Franks' will always be an exemption nevertheless.

I hate people sending me forwarded emails. despite my continuous effort of announcing publicly that I do not want my mailbox to be overloaded with trash mails, however people still continue to do so.

It just ticks me off whenever I get requests to forward emails(of someone who's ill) to people in my contacts and in return they'd get paid a few bobs by some random company or philanthropists.

Seriously???

Who would want to spent time tracking down the number of times the emails have been forwarded?? and then pay a couple of bobs over it????

I couldn't even bothered to open these emails. It will go straight into "junk" the moment I see them in my mailbox. call me cynic. hell yeah! in fact, I do think I'm getting more and more cynical these days.

however, the only person I give immunity to is my dear Uncle Frank. wanna know why? he's wise enough to only send me emails that will be beneficial for me.

a couple of days ago, he sent me an email and the subject was 10 things to learn from Japan. and I would like to share it with you.

1. THE CALM

Not a single visual of chest-beating or wild grief. Sorrow itself has been elevated.

2. THE DIGNITY

Disciplined queues for water and groceries. Not a rough word or a crude gesture.

3. THE ABILITY

The incredible architects, for instance. Buildings swayed but didn’t fall.

4. THE GRACE

People bought only what they needed for the present, so everybody could get something.

5. THE ORDER

No looting in shops. No honking and no overtaking on the roads. Just understanding.

6. THE SACRIFICE

Fifty workers stayed back to pump sea water in the N-reactors. How will they ever be repaid?

7. THE TENDERNESS
Restaurants cut prices. An unguarded ATM is left alone. The strong cared for the weak.

8. THE TRAINING

The old and the children, everyone knew exactly what to do. And they did just that.

9. THE MEDIA

They showed magnificent restraint in the bulletins. No silly reporters. Only calm reportage.

10. THE CONSCIENCE

When the power went off in a store, people put things back on the shelves and left quietly!

I took the liberty of highlighting a few values that I thought/hope Malaysia should/would practice in times of crisis. Well, will I be able to live to see that?
