sometimes not trying to be someone is better.
i simply have no patience for those people who love performing songs that are too big for them. not just that. if they still wanna sing that song, please, please do that during karaoke sessions.
don't trash a nice song. especially when its Michael Buble's number.
so painful to hear him trashing Home in front of 500 over audiences... oh gosh.
all i can say to this particular guy is .. fix ur pronunciation or go sing some chinese songs instead!

I'm back.. and i'm so damn bored..
can people actually die of boredom?
landed here. penang. two hours ago. waited till 2pm to collect my keys. i was already sweating like a pig as soon as I reached my hostel.
i thought i could finish cleaning and unpack my stuff by today so i could have a smooth day tomorrow. sadly, luck did not follow me to Penang. I had to sacrifice my towel to wipe out all the dusts and spiderwebs. yucky? absolutely.
stupid hostel administrators only open the storeroom tomorrow afternoon. that means I have got no slippers and toiletries for today and tomorrow morning. damn it!
they said to refurbish the hostel during the holidays.the only changes i see now is my bed(used to be a bunk bed, now it's a single). they never change those brown-coloured mattresses. only the bed. damn it!

who decides what's right and wrong?
I spent my semester holidays watching movies on Astro. One of it was Valkyrie. At first I had the impression it'll be just another war/heroism/historical thriller film. Yes, it was all about that. But, I realised something.
Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg and his fellow plotters attempted to assassinate Adolf Hitler. Too bad, Adolf Hitler was too damn lucky. Stauffenberg and the other leaders were arrested and executed by firing squad.
Before Stauffenberg died, he shouted "Long Live Sacred Germany".
Those who participated in this plot are said to have committed treason.
The same goes to the people who have helped protect Dr. Sun Yat-Sen from an assassination attempt while visiting Hong Kong at the beginning of the 20th century.
Do they deserve to die because they wanted to overthrow the Qing Dynasty, that is said to be "mandate from heaven"?
Or they don't, because they were doing this in order to save 400million lives, as frequently mentioned by the heroes in this film.
Every one has their own ideology. Theories. Principles. Philosophy.
But it all comes down to one question.
Who decides what is right and what is wrong?
One word I'll never forget from the film, Bodyguards and Assassins, is "Integrity".
What captivated me from films like these are the way people tell these stories. Not the kung-fu fighting skills, the remaking of real scenes, the artistic directing skills, choreographings, bloody fights, or the all- star casts.
