and, as expected, this "blessing" was indeed a deception. well, thank you very much for that!

ramblings. need not read this.

just because you have performed in several gigs IN USM you think you are standing on top of the world thus you have a right to not give a damn about other people come and go as you like causing other people to wait for you as if you are a prima donna oh for chrissake take a look at yourself in the mirror you might think you are someone here(USM) but trust me darling you are nothing in KL so please do not be so vain you are not that great after all considering the fact that you can't even count your beats properly we are all playing as a group so there is no need to showcase your so called skills/talents in playing percussion instruments darling this ain't a solo performance if you want to show off then please for chrissake go get your own spot!
and by the way the life here sucks nothing is going as planned every thing is going haywire and where are you when i need you the most! and for once in my life i actually hated democracy i hate the fact that we have to follow the voice of the majority what about us the minority can't we have a say for just once democracy you suck! and screw those wannabes screw you!

of people giving crappy, nonsensical, and idiotic comments/arguments/claims

Here’s an excerpt of the interview with PAS Youth chief.

Q: You have been criticised for equating Valentine’s Day with illicit sex and the source of baby dumping?

A: That’s a misunderstanding. During Valentine’s Day, some quarters take the opportunity to promote immoral activities, for example the “no panties” activity last year. In Terengganu, a hotel offered free rooms to the first 10 couples celebrating Valentine’s Day at their hotel. Such things can lead to immoral activities like free sex.
Also, during the New Year’s Day and Merdeka Day celebration, some wanted to hold a concert until 2am. This can lead to free mixing of the sexes and free sex. That is why we step up our activities during these celebrations even though it is ongoing all year long.
In Kelantan, we have concerts but we separate the men from the women and make sure the concert ends by midnight and people go home after that and do not loiter around the park or sleep at bus stops. So the monitoring and control must be serious.
We do not disturb or question the right of non-Muslims to celebrate Valentine’s Day. But it is wrong for Muslims.

Q: It seems like the majority of the sexual offences like incest, baby dumping, illicit sex, adultery are committed by Muslims. Why?

A: The majority of the population here are Muslims, so naturally they make up the majority. In Islam, sex out of wedlock is wrong, so as soon as word of it gets out, it becomes an issue. If an unmarried girl gives birth, she will try to dump the baby because she wants to cover up her sin. This results in the second sin which is baby dumping.
I don’t want to speculate why it doesn’t happen as rampantly among non-Muslims. Maybe it is because non-Muslims don’t feel it is wrong to be sexually together or live together before marriage. But Islam does not allow this.
As for incest, low-cost homes have only one bedroom with no separate rooms for boys and girls. So it is not surprising there is incest because people have urges and lust. Houses should have three rooms, one room for the parents, one for boys and the other for girls. That is the minimal requirement. Also, Islam makes it hard for people to commit adultery and makes it easy for people to marry. If people are poor, the government can give aid and encourage mass weddings to keep the costs down. The Syariah Court too has been postponing finalising divorce for years and this could lead to illicit sex and adultery.

Q: Malaysia lost out financially when PAS protested against Beyonce and other foreign artistes holding concerts here. These artistes went to Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and gave KL a miss. Aren’t you denying the rights of non-Muslims who want to go?

A: Such concerts will lead to a decline of morals. We don’t object to all artistes. We only object to people like Adam Lambert who is gay. When journalists met him, he said he wanted to promote his music and lifestyle. I feel that this can destroy the morals of the young. If you see Beyonce’s video clip, Masya Allah (God Almighty), her dancing is obscene and her dressing is revealing. I don’t think she should be an icon for our young. When these people come in for concerts, it will invite moral decline and is detrimental to the country because the government has to counter this through campaigns. I am open to a Beyonce closed door concert here for non-Muslims organised by non-Muslims. But we don’t want any Muslims going because it could bring about a decline of morals.
